There was a target here, but long before I arrived. However, from my understanding our ability to change hearts does not work the same way it does back home.
If I'm being honest, I think this is what drove me to tell me the truth now. The previous target had a weapon that Goro-kun had been keeping. It's been stolen and it may end up in his hands again.

Dooku put a reward out for the return of his weapon, but someone else has it now who we suspect was hired.
My suspicion is they will demand a larger sum of money or something else from Dooku.

He's not the worst person in the world to scam...but it's still a scam. [ She's sure plenty of people would find some pleasure in that, but she doesn't know enough about Dooku to be one of them. ]

Your best bet might be figuring out who Dooku keeps in contact with, then. The kinds of people he'd trust to find his things. Particularly the ones he shouldn't have trusted.

Standing by their side can mean stopping them if they get into any shit, though. Trust me- I had to do that a million times with the rest of the Pantheon, not that it ever stopped them from pulling half the shit they did.

How does divining work?

I'd need to know certain things- the basic info on the object, places where it could be...but as long as I'm looking in the right places, or searching for the right things, I'd be able to tell where it is.

So, yeah, it can be as abstract as it sounds. [ Something that frusturates her to no end. ]

I unfortunately don't have that kind of information about it. I can ask Goro-kun if he feels we need to hunt it down.
