Haru is coming over.
She takes her time, not wanting to invade its personal space so suddenly, but she's clearly very eager to get close to the large cat. ]
What kind of kitty are you? A very pretty one, for sure.

Well. There goes that plan.
Thankfully, as Haru approaches, there's still no signs of distress or irritation, and instead, Kazuya is quick to lay back down on the couch. Once more taking up... Most of it. She'll have to shuffle him a little if she wants to sit. Or otherwise squeeze into the smaller space left behind from his giant cat body.
He gives another creaky little sound at her approach.]

Instead, she crouches in front of the couch before the serval, one hand on her knee and the other reaching out slowly. ]

[ If Kazuya doesn't bat her hand away, she pats the top of his head, feeling the soft fur between her fingers and can't help a girlish giggle, delighted by the large feline's presence.
Alright, so no Akira (a kitty), but here's another one who's immediately enamoured with. ]

So she ends up petting him, his big ears moving this way and that as she strokes his head ever so gently.
Anyway, it also turns out he has no control over that purr reflex, because it just starts up. And he makes another raspy little meow as he squints at her. Ma'am are you done... It feels nice, but are you done?]

[ She's heard and felt Mona's purrs before, but this is certainly on another level.
She could never tell Mona now... ]

[ Haru rubs his head a little further, before her fingers trail toward the back of his ear to give it a good scratch. ]

His ear is scritched, and reflexively, he leans into it, eyes shutting as he just takes in the overwhelmingly pleasant sensation...
And then he pulls away, because if Maruki walks in on this, he's sure to get himself an earful.
Actually. Where is Maruki anyway? Kazuya moves his big kitty head to try and peer around Haru, looking for any sight of the man.

[ It seems it's looking for something... or someone.
Haru pulls her hand back initially, tilting her head to see if there's someone else in the room, but fails to hear a presence.
With big ears like that, it might have heard a bird or squirrel for all she knows. ]
Ah, I wonder if you like treats...
[ She digs into her purse, pulling out a small container that has some leftover fried fish. She was saving it for home, but... it's not going to waste either way, she hopes.
She opens the lid, breaking off a piece to offer to the feline. ]

It's a small miracle that it's actually food, and not some horrific bag of some brand name cat treats. Man that'd be really awkward to have to choke down, and he'd never live down the shame either.
But a cat is gonna do what a cat does, so the moment the "treats" are offered, he's quick to sniff at them, batting at her hand with no claw contact at all.
How embarrassing to play dumb animal. He hopes Maruki doesn't walk in and see this.]

But it frees up her hand so she can rub both his cheeks now. ]
You really are so soft! Maybe you belong to Akira-kun? He's more of a cat person.

Afterwards though, he really is content to just. Let her rub at his cheeks, which has the effect of also making him yawn...

But she does lean in closer, her forehead touching his and nuzzling his face with hers. It's not overly aggressive, but gentle and slow, like she's trying to tell him he can trust her presence.
Too bad she isn't aware this cat is far smarter than she thinks it is. ]

He still purrs, and awkwardly presses his own back, front paws coming up to rest on her shoulder so he can get better leverage to do so.
Yeah, sure. He's definitely smarter, which is why he's stuck in this situation to begin with. ]

[ She's a little too excited by this mysterious big cat who seems to be comfortable enough with her to, what she thinks, hug her in return.
She's trying not to squeal with childish delight, but it's hard not to... big cat... ]

[ She plants a little kiss on his forehead. ]

He goes still at the kiss. This feels a little... well, people kiss their pets all the time, so it's probably not as dire as he thinks it is, right?

So he opens his mouth, and gives a creaky, pathetic, long meow at her.

And again, again, again again and all he can do is take it and wonder who the heck Mona-chan is... Her cat? Must be.
More kisses come, and Kazuya eventually gives another pathetic sounding creaky meow, this one a little louder. He's not stopping her, just trying to maybe draw attention to himself if someone else is here... ]

There are multiple lipstick marks on Kaz's fur, but that's okay. It's not as if the people in the machiya surely aren't doing the same when they see him, right?
Anyway. ]
You're a sweet boy. I have to go, but please don't eat this plant I brought for Dr. Maruki! It'll make your tummy upset.
[ Note to self: grow some cat grass. ]

... Hopefully she doesn't catch him again. He's going to have to ask Maruki to inform him of when guests other than him are dropping by so he doesn't get caught with his metaphorical pants down.
Also, he can't help the way his gaze shifts to that plant she brought for Maruki. No eating, huh?
Not that he would, he's not an actual animal.
So instead he makes a series of soft chirps at Haru. ]

Bye kitty! I guess I'll see you around!
[ She doesn't linger long; she puts the small plant somewhere for Maruki to see, but away from feline paws that might try to reach for it.
And then she's gone, leaving Kaz to his own devices once more. ]

He doesn't think anything of it, walking right past where Kazuya was left, focused on his phoneโ
Then he pauses and backs up, doing a truly comically pronounced doubletake at the cat. ]
Who on earth did that to you!? You ladykiller...

He motions with his paws at Maruki's phone. What do you mean lady killer! Was he around for that kiss display? No way... Surely his bestie would have saved him? ]

He admires them for a moment before choosing the best one and turning it around so Kazuya can see. ]
Was it Mifune-san? She doesn't really wear makeup, though...

Kazuya does let out an incredibly devastated sound as he sees the state of himself in those pictures, and a paw quickly comes up to try and wipe the lipstick away.
Only to smudge it in further. A little pink on black action.
At the question, he shakes his head, and then points to the plant across the way. ]

Ah! Was Okumura-san here? That makes more sense...
[ Back to Kazuya; he takes pity on him, licks his thumb and comes over to start trying to wipe the lipstick off, like Kazuya's a kid with shmutz on his face. ]
I wonder if the marks will stick when you transform back. That might be cute.

But Maruki does bring up a valid point. And.. Maybe it'd be easier to clean off of skin instead of fur, if they still linger. So when it's clear that it's futility to clean Kazuya's kitty head with a thumb, he takes a few steps away, so he can change back.
.... The lipstick marks are all over his face. Truly, a ladykiller. ]
